Don’t forget to make sure your pets have enough medication to get you through the public holidays. We usually allow a 48hr turn around for script requests. If you have any concerns please ask to discuss with a senior nurse.
We close at 12 on Christmas Eve and open again on the 27th

It’s that time of year when we begin recruiting for the newest members of our WVC family.

Working as a veterinary nurse is a challenging and rewarding career. We have an opportunity for a trainee veterinary nurse at Wyndham Veterinary Clinic in Victoria’s western suburbs. You must be willing and eligible to do a traineeship in certificate IV veterinary nursing. To be eligible for this traineeship you must have a minimum certificate 2 in animal studies. School leavers ending late 2020-2024 are encouraged to apply - especially VM, VPC and VCAL students . We are a busy and dynamic clinic and the successful applicant will receive exceptional training. You should be passionate about a career in veterinary nursing and possess great interpersonal skills as this role heavily involves customer service. Uh oh!
The footpaths surrounding our clinic are currently under construction 🚧 the Wyndham council are repairing the surrounding area and this means that our car park may not always be accessible for a little while. We apologise for any difficulties this will cause and ask that you plan ahead on your journey in to see us. ⛔️

It was all hands on deck this week when we helped welcome 13 Saint Bernard pups into the world via caesarean…they just kept on coming. Congratulations to Blaze and her family. Our reproduction team aided in the successful pregnancy and birth. We look forward to getting updates on their progress.
