Tidelands Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers We are a small breeder located in Melbourne, Victoria. We operate a small but focused breeding program, with an emphasis on health, temperament and versatility.

We are registered breeders with Dogs Australia (formerly the ANKC), and members of Dogs Victoria and the Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Club of Victoria. We are dedicated to breeding Tollers according to the breed standard and are committed to producing Tollers that are not only well bred, but have exceptional temperaments and are a pleasure to own. We extensively health test and use all of th

e available DNA tests for Tollers, as well as hip, elbow and eye assessments. We currently have two beautiful Tollers, Biggie and Birdie. Our dogs compete in conformation showing and a number of different dog sports, and most weekends you can find us at shows or trials around Victoria. We are always happy to meet interested people at these events. We have no plans to breed until 2024. If this timing suits, please feel free to get in touch.

Our Sol x Birdie babies are now five weeks old. They’re really starting to live up to their litter name, the Nautis, as they’ve discovered their teeth and how fun it is to bite everyone and everything 😈

We missed our week four update and it’s been a big two weeks in their little lives. First car rides, first outdoor adventures and first time meeting small humans. The weeks are just flying by and while they all have wonderful homes to go to, we’ll miss them when they’re gone.

Our Sol x Birdie babies turned two weeks old today and have experienced lots of big changes this week 🐾 eyes are open and they’re toddling around the whelping box and seeking out cuddles.

Of course still lots of sleeping, and mum is doing a great job of feeding with everyone now in the 1kg club. Just the cutest little piggies 🐽

Welcome to our little nautical babies who came into the world on Friday, 25 October 2024 ⚓️

We have 3 boys:
🧡 Rudder - 385g
💚 Gunner - 356g
🩵 Clipper - 312g

And two girls:
🩷 Sailor - 315g
💜 Skipper - 335g

They’re now 10 days old and doing well. Everyone has well and truly doubled their birth weight, with our big boy tipping over 1kg this morning.

Birdie just loves her babies and is the best first-time mama 🥰
