I’ve been slack in the comp updates so here is a wrap of our year.
We started the year with a team of 3 horses. Rocket, Thunda and Humpadink. By Wandin we had a team of 5, the addition of Baby Raine and Johnny. Johnny is a super little horse and we did wandin and Heytesbury before finding him his new lucky owner! So then there was 4! Thunda went on to win the SA 1* eventing champs in May while big brother Rocket continued to find ways to avoid competition but managed to make have lots of fun with the staff at 🤦‍♀️ No Melbourne for us this year so fast forward to FO Werribee with 4 horses, Rocket, Thunda, Humpadink and Raine. Rocket completed another 3* in the placings and that was the last event my boy was to do with me as he again injured his tendon. He is recovering and he is happy but will just be doing lower level with a lucky junior from now on 🤗 So then there were 3! Skip along another event and we decided Humpadink was not going to be a high level horse and found him a sensational home with a junior! He is happy and being a star!! So there we are down to my 2 Talisman Fiddler/Just De Pet babies! Both have had a great season with a lot learnt and a lot to learn! Thunda stepped up to 2* and completed his first 2*L at Sydney 3DE! I was incredibly proud of how he has stepped up this season! Raine also finished the season strong with a good performance in the 80.
We have had a wonderful year on some amazing adventures with wonderful friends! Can’t wait to do it all again next year!! Thank you to everyone who made the year so special and enjoyable 🤗💜🤗💜 have a wonderful Christmas everyone!!

After our founder and CEO Kate Fraser sold her still-thriving brand "Herbs of Gold”, she came back to New Zealand on the equestrian show circuit as a supportive parent.
