Hi Pups! We’re taking a break for the rest of the month, and have paused our website for the time being. Behind the scenes here at Floof HQ there’s been a lot of challenges lately, and the most difficult of those has been my struggle with my health over the last 18 months since I started the business. I’m so passionate about bringing you all only the BEST stuff for you and your floofs, and rising shipping and manufacturing costs and my poor health mean that I need to do a pivot. Moving forward I will be focusing on my handmade products - accessories and enrichment toys mainly - because the design and making process is where my passion lies! I have a brand new range of acrylic tags coming soon which I know you are going to LOVE! And a bunch of other new enrichment product designs and accessory designs in the works as well. I would really appreciate it if you stayed around - and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed once we bounce back with the brand new launches! We’ll also be moving 100% of sales over to our Etsy account, which I’ll be updating soon. Watch this space! 👀

Did you know that our littlest and youngest floof ‘Tinsel’ was born on Christmas Day 2020? 🎄It sure was a Christmas we’ll never forget when mama Sunshine went into labor right after we finished Christmas lunch! 🥰 So to celebrate Tinsel’s birthday and the festive season we’ve decided to package up some gift boxes of all Tinsel’s fave Floof Stuff treatos! Pawfect for gifting to your floofy furiends! 🎁
Tinsel’s Treatos come in small (100g) and medium (150g) sizes and include a mix of our healthy all natural dehydrated treatos, sustainably sourced from Aussie farmers and manufactured here in Melbourne. We have a very limited quantity of these packs, so get your paws on them quickly! Parcels need to be shipped out by the 10th December to guarantee delivery in time for Xmas, but we have Melbourne local pick ups available from Ferntree Gully up until Christmas Eve. 🎅🏻

As pawrent’s I’m sure you’ll agree that the love we receive from our dogs is the purest love on earth. That’s why we do everything we can to make sure they live their best lives for as long as possible.
Things have been quiet here for a couple of weeks and that’s because whilst I’ve been dealing with some new health issues, our Sunshine has also been unwell. She’s been diagnosed with Syringomyelia, which is a degenerative disease affecting the spine that causes pain and inflammation along the spinal cord. She’s been in a lot of pain, and it’s been the hardest thing to see our sassy little mama struggling so much. With the support and guidance of our amazing vets we’ve been working to find the right combination of medications that can keep her as comfortable as possible. From here we just have to enjoy her for as long as we can - It could be years, it could be months, there’s no way to know how things will progress, so we’re holding her tighter, kissing her more, and filling her days with as much love and enrichment as possible. 💕
We never really know how long our fur babies will be with us, so appreciate each day because the time we have with them is precious.
