I recognize these changes may not fit everyone's budget, and I'll sincerely miss those clients. If you're unable to proceed with my services, kindly inform me so I can promptly cancel your appointments. Should you need assistance providing the new groomer with your dog's grooming notes or ensuring they understand your furbaby's needs, feel free to message me. Dear valued clients,

I hope this message finds you well. I want to express my gratitude for your ongoing support and patronage. Recent times have prompted me to make some significant changes to better align with personal circumstances.

Starting from January 16th, there will be a substantial price increase for all services. Additionally, my working hours will be limited to Tuesday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. I will be focusing exclusively on grooming dogs weighing 25kg and under.

Regrettably, due to my current mental and physical exhaustion, I am unable to continue servicing all clients. Therefore, for those with existing appointments on weekends, late Fridays, or with pets over 25kg, I must inform you that I won't be able to continue services. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

I understand these changes may have a major impact, and I appreciate your understanding during this transitional period. To those who can continue with these adjustments, thank you for your loyalty. I look forward to serving you again and appreciate your ongoing support.

Merry Christmas to all my lovely clients, I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and new years! Thank you all for the ongoing support, it means so much to me. 🥰 P.S. Please note I am having time off work from the 25th of December until the 15th of January. I've been getting calls today and obviously being Christmas day I won't be working, so please respect that. I'm booked out until the start of February, so if you didnt get your furbabies groomed before Christmas please message me to book in as im booking up fast. Also i appreciate all the referrals from you all, but i am no longer taking on new clients as I have a very full schedule. Looking forward to seeing you all next year! 🎉

I'm currently booked out until the end of November and im booking up very quickly in December. I will be having time off from the 24th of December until the 16th of January, so if you're wanting your furbabies coats maintained before I go on holidays I would make sure you prebook.
