Oh my goodness what a crazy time!! We had our daughters bday when we were away so unfortunately didn't have our family with us at the time. So coming home we gave ella a party she should have gotten then with all her family.
Wk of 26th Ella went back to school starting grade 2 😱 and Thursday Harper had her 1st day of 3yr old kinder! Thankfully both girls did great and have loved been there.
Yesterday we threw the VERY last party for Ellas bday which was with her friends.
I am so exhausted but from tomorrow are very busy with work and cleaning up your doggos.
I have 1 spot free this Friday at 2:30pm either for a bath or a small dog short clip off.
Then wk of 10th have a few spots available.
Pls when booking can people sms or inbox me. I struggle to answer the phone when it rings these days and then I can have all info in writing. To some doesn't feel as personal or as professional but neither is not answering the phone every time you try calling ❤️
There is an online booking system that i have no idea how to switch off. Please do not use this. The days and times are completely wrong.

Hi all!
Now that our youngest is in sessional kinder times will be changing a fair bit and not working long days like I was able to. I highly recommend booking 2wks in advance IF it's possible for you to ensure a spot otherwise if calling/msging wanting that wk expect a possible wait. Benefits of childcare is the flexibility of dropping off early and picking up late but when paying so much it just isn't worth it. Longer days will now be on Mondays and Fridays but Tuesdays and Thursdays a bit shorter.

Taking bookings for Thursday 30th Jan onwards. This is my next availability and when normal trading will commence. For 2025 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will start at 9:30 (possibly 9am on request) and Monday from 10:30am.
I hope everyone had an amazing Xmas and new years. I look forward to meeting new clients throughout 2025, continue grooming my regulars and seeing where my business will further grow to ❤️❤️❤️ I thank everyone for your amazing reviews. It is bringing some new and fantastic clients 😉

Times are booking up very fast for the days I am opening before we head off. I have now opened up next Thursday. With a number of people still getting back to me I have times Tuesday 14th and a spot on the Friday 10th and Monday 13th as well.
Keep cool as it's starting to get very hot 😳
Make sure those dog bowls are filled up with water, if dogs are outside that there is suitable shade, and if possible have someone check on your dogs to ensure they are ok if you are out all day ❤️❤️

A great gift to me is seeing that I am on the top of the google listing's when people go to search for groomers in the local area. This can happen with the positive reviews and amount of viewings. I thank all those who have given me the great reviews as its brought me many more clients. Supporting small businesses is so important and so appreciated.

Hello to all my clients.
This post is on the more serious note.
As A LOT of you may be aware of the absolute tragic story of beautiful Millie. The most sweetest little thing and her life ending so tragically, by the hands of a horrible horrible monster. With myself along with many others this story has hit the heart. I don't live far from them, have 2 small dogs and obviously a huge huge lover of animals. Any form of cruelty is just a no go in my books. Little Millie did not deserve a single thing she was subject to that day nor did her best friend. Her family deserve so much more and deserve justice. This killer needs to be put into jail and get his just deserves. He needs to pay for what his done and get him off the streets away from this family who are still mourning and will be mourning for a long time to come. We all want Millie home or to know where she is.

Please if you have mentioned to me on your last appointment needing an appointment or wanting to be in on my 1st dates in Jan can you please contact me again. I will try go back through my diary when I'm able to get a timeline when dogs will be ready.
It's hard when on a grooming day let alone a busy grooming day someone tell me times and dates to try remember.

Merry Xmas everyone!
Saturday was my last appointments and was able to at lunchtime hang up my clippers for 2024. Can't believe it's that time again.
It's been so so busy as it always is in this peak time.
2024 was full of ups and downs. Moments where I wasn't sure how to get more business to then following a friend's tips and have continuously gotten new clients on a wkly basis. Throughout the year we have sadly had to say goodbye to a number of doggos. I get very attached to my clients and treat them as my own. If I hear about one's passing it rlly hits hard as some I've been grooming for many years. I love the changes I can make to some very anxious dogs. I really hope in 2025 I can continue growing my business, continue helping those more special needs dogs and just doing what I love most.
I hope you all have a safe and joyous Xmas and new years! And hope to see you all in 2025 🥰🥰🥰

As some may remember from past years my sister who does photography has done AMAZING photos of the kids with the dogs and xmas pics.
Recently she has worked her magic again and with it being Indies 1st xmas with us it really was important for us to do these pics.
These photos are absolutely amazing and we just love them so much.
She truly is great at her job and knows how to get the most energetic crazy little dog to have sat perfectly still to do some great photos.

Currently all appointments have been taken for 2024. I only have a few more days of work left and they are mighty mighty busy long days. You are more than welcome to call/sms/pm to make an appointment for 2025 but there is nothing else for this year. Thankfully i have been able to help those who didnt think theyd get into a groomers before xmas but sadly not to many. I still have a few on the waiting list but if a spot comes available i will only be putting in smaller breeds and easy clip offs. Im sure you all understand. I hope you all have a great xmas and your pups are set for the warmer days.
Again i will be reopening on Jan 7th, 10th, 13th and 14th then shut til Jan 30th.

Hello my beautiful clients!
My beautiful sister is selling these very cute paw products to raise money. There are bracelets, necklaces and keyrings. They are super cute and for only $5ea with all money going to Coldstream Animal Aid
My sister and her dog Allie do lots for charities and with Allie being the face of Coles pet insurance and an animal talent agency I'm only ever too happy to try help them get some donations. If interested pls sms, pm or pick up when you have your groom. They will be packaged in the bags as shown in pic 2. Great for stocking fillers and little gifts ###x

Post about payments:
I accept cash, transfer, payid and card.
Please if you are doing payid or transfer can you do this while you are waiting for your dog to be done or while im standing with you at pick up. There has been a number of occasions I've needed to remind people to pay as they've stated they'll do so when they get home.
I am incredibly busy and don't have a great deal of time to be chasing people for payments. If you aren't paying by osko please send me a receipt.
Also please reply to my confirmations. I need to know if people are coming to these or I need to change the day/fit someone else in.
I do still have some appointments. These appointments are for the more easier type grooms, bath and tidies or baths.
