"Simply wonderful experience with Departure Pets. We transported a puppy from Melbourne to Auckland with DP and could not have asked for better service & support. DP office staff created a calendar for (blood) tests and checked all forms, chased up test results, and sent reminders throughout. Communication was excellent and prompt. Puppy boarded at DP for 2 nights and again communication was great, including eagerly anticipated pics. Pre-departure tests were handled by DP at their facility and results were communicated immediately. Once boarded, flight tracker info was supplied. Puppy bounced out of the crate in Auckland after MPI inspection into the hands of an equally professional DP agent who handled the MPI/Customs portion of the shipment and had communicated with us prior to arrival and throughout. She was most helpful and prompt and kept a rather stressed owner calm and sane. We simply couldn't have asked for a better team to transport our little man and we most highly recommend Departure Pets as agents of choice!"

"Making the decision to move back to the UK was hard enough, but having to transport our baby girl back too was a worrying and anxious thought! My husband and I chose Departure Pets, and they were awesome from start to finish. Amy, who was based in Melbourne, was amazing and put me at ease as soon as I spoke with her about the process of getting my Lulu back to the UK. No questions were too much, and they always replied back as soon as they could.

The vets we dealt with on the day of departure for Lulu's last health check were lovely, and Jasmine, who took our baby girl off us to take her back to the compound for the day, was so lovely. Knowing that Lulu was with other dogs on the flight was comforting for me. On arrival to the UK, we were met by Morgan, and she was great. We got our baby girl back, she was all good, smelling lovely, and so happy to see us.

I would highly recommend Departure Pets; they were outstanding from start to finish. I was so worried and stressed about how Lulu would be, but she was fine and loving her new life in Wales with her new doggy family, and she’s good and well."
