Cathie’s Cat Grooming I provide mobile cat and rabbit grooming, feline behaviour and veterinary nurse consultations.

I HAVE NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR THE REST OF THIS YEAR (2024).

I will be on leave from 24/12/24 until 16/1/25.

From mid January 2025, there are no appointments available immediately. and I am booked up at least 4 weeks in advance and appointment spaces are limited.

Grooming days are Wednesday to Saturday.

Please communicate via text or email only or through this website. I cannot not answer phone calls.

Please be patient. All messages will be answered as soon as possible, on working days.

I have a client that needs urgent care/foster for one of her daughter’s cats.

S*x: Female
Name: Halime
Age: about 2
Desexed, fully vaccinated
Regular Pet Stock visits at Hoppers Crossing
Naturally medicated with HomeoPet drops on advice from Vet
Have tried Gabapentin, Zylkene - struggles to take capsules

The cat is fearful due to moving house, being confined with another cat, a troublesome pregnancy and a newborn due home today.

She startles easily and isn’t settling. She would be best overall as a solo cat and ultimately looking for rehoming. Medication has been tried but she is hard to dose and her anxiety fights it. She’s not a mean cat, just a scared/anxious one. Too many changes in a short time for her.

The clients has tried everywhere they can think of to rehome her and nothing as yet.

If anyone can help or has options, please let me know.
