We provide a boutique grooming service in a relaxed and quiet salon setting in Springvale, with Playtime offered for small groups. Meeting point is out the front of the house. Ring doorbell or call/text on arrival, do not knock.

At Elle Grooms, we recommend booking 2 x Puppy Tidy services before their big grooming day to help them get comfortable with the process.

It's all about making their first experience as stress-free and positive as possible! 🐾💖

We’re here to help them feel safe, loved, and pampered every step of the way. Feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have! Hot weather may impact our puppy schedules, but these tidy appointments can be fast tracked as soon as 10 days apart 😊

Millie getting all the pampering! 💁🏼‍♀️

Millie is a groodle and gets booked in for our 'tidy bits' service. This service is perfect for dogs requiring an in-between groom to assist with hygiene and coat maintenance between full grooms like a Style Clip or Full Hand Scissor. ✂️

It can also help achieve longer times between full grooms as we take care of nails, hygiene clips, eyes, and paw pads, as well as a wash, blow dry, and a full brush out. 🐾

Before your first appointment, all clients must read and sign a service agreement that includes our terms and conditions, which must be acknowledged before creating a profile or submitting an online booking request.

We understand that circumstances can arise unexpectedly, but to maintain our schedule and accommodate all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Medical Emergencies: Fees may be waived with appropriate documentation.

Cancellation Notice:

More than 72 hours: Full cancellation fee waived.
72 to 36 hours: A percentage of the service fee may be charged at our discretion.
24 hours or less: Full service fee will be charged.
No Shows: A no-show will incur the full service fee, along with a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit required for future appointments.

Thank you for your understanding and helping us keep a high standard by assisting us with maintaining these policies 💙🐾

Meet Frank the Daschund! 🐾 He comes in every 3 weeks for a Wash Up and a little nail TLC. Frank's not a fan of his feet being touched (we get it, little legs have big opinions! 😅), but with some gentle techniques, ensuring there is no pain by reading his body language and giving him lots of rewards, he's learned to sit pretty for his front nails. When someone is just so relaxed and sleepy they can barely stay awake during their groom 🥺🥰 This little guy’s first tidy was a perfect reminder of why we take it slow with puppies—building up to a full groom step by step. Puppies have limited stamina, get easily distracted, and need a calm, supportive environment to prevent overwhelm. Thanks to his wonderful owners and his easygoing nature, by his second appointment, he was ready for a clip!
