In your cover letter…
🔶 Do not repeat your resume
🔶 Leave plenty of white space (Recruiters are not going to read an essay)
🔶 Always articulate the job you're applying for (name the job role and company)
🔶 And NEVER use "To whom this may concern" INSTEAD address your cover letter to the most likely recipient (e.g. hiring manager, recruiter, company name)
