Hi I’m Billy! I’m the sweetest boy ever and I love to snuggle on the couch, I’m getting so much more active now and I love to zoom around the house and play with toys for a little bit before I snooze again! I love playing with my foster siblings too cats & dogs! !
I will sleep in my Pen all night and when my foster parents are at work. I’m not crate trained yet but I’ve just started learning to go in the crate as I’m still learning to go to the toilet outside but I will get there!
I would love to go to a family that will cuddle me, play with me & take me on such fun walks!!

Dear FurKids community,

We are reaching out with a heavy heart to share the story of Mimi, who was surrendered to FurKids rescue just 9 days ago. On Sunday night, Mimi went into labor, but unfortunately, she delivered a stillborn kitten. Her labor stalled, and she was rushed to Casey Pet Emergency for an emergency c-section in hopes of saving the remaining unborn kittens.

Tragically, during the procedure, it was discovered that all of Mimi's remaining kittens had also passed away in utero. This means that Mimi has no surviving kittens.

Mimi is now resting back in care and was also desexed during the procedure.

We are asking for your help to cover Mimi's veterinary costs which have been estimated at $1500- $2000.

Any donation, no matter how small, will make a difference and help us provide the care she needs during this difficult time.

💕🏡 Adoption Day Update 🏡💕

What a heartwarming Sunday! Our Adoptio Day was filled with friendly faces, lovely conversations, and life-changing moments for some very lucky animals. 🐾

✨ Adoption Successes!
Sweet puppy Bailey officially found her forever home!
Kodah, another adorable pup, had an amazing meet & greet with a family and their dog Freya—and it ended in a successful adoption!
Lovely Alina the cat has entered a foster-to-adopt home, giving her new family's resident cat time to adjust. We’re hopeful for a happy ending there too! 🐱💕

💔 The Reality We Face
While we celebrated these wins, we also had some tough conversations—two families needing to surrender their cats, and a colony of cats on a property needing urgent help. As a rescue, we are constantly working behind the scenes to save and support as many animals as possible.

🙏 We Need Foster Carers
One of our greatest challenges is finding foster carers—especially for older kittens, adult cats, and shy or socialised cats. If you have room in your heart and home, please consider becoming a foster carer. You truly help save lives. 💕

Meet Teddy

Teddy is a gentle giant. He is from the colony in Hallam and as you can see by his ears, he has fought many fights, defending and protecting is territory. Sadly he is FIV positive.

FIV is not a death sentence and when understood and knowing the truth verse the myths, you will only see Teddy.

Teddy is now desexed and we are searching for a forever home or a foster home for him until his new home comes along.

Teddy is a smooch ball and loves his pats, head and chin scratches. He has lived all his life on the streets until now but as he is so responsive to humans, I’m sure he was owned and in a home for some part of life.

FOSTER CARER NEEDED IN SOUTH EAST MELBOURNE 🐶

We are needing one foster home for one of thede puppies.

Breed: Husky, sheppherd, arab, staffy pups.
11 weeks old.

Puppies arriving to Endeavour Hills around 11:30 tomorrow l

Do you:

🐾 have space to isolate a puppy away from other pets for a minimum of 10 days (bathroom, laundry, spare room, study, etc)?

🐾 have your own transport to pick up / take cats to any necessary vet appointments at our partner vets in Hallam, Officer, Pakenham and surrounds?

🐾 have the time to socialise your fosters for at least an hour a day?

🐾 have the patience to provide basic training?

🐾 love puppies and have love to give?

💕 want to make a difference?

All vet costs will be covered by us and we’ll help where we can with food amd puppy pad. You just need to provide a safe space for them to land and be loved until adopted 🐶

We provide a foster carers group for support.

Mum and 10 day old kittens are in Walgett, NSW. Does anyone know anyone living near here willing to drive half way and we will have someone else pick up and continue the trip to us in Victoria?????

We have a carer andcare willing to take these babies on.
