Our Story

A little about me..

Jasmine Judge - Director and founder of LLP is a Qualified Dog Trainer with Gentle Dog Trainers Association (GDTA) of Australia 2012. Wife to Richard, Mother to Harrison (4) and Nikita (2). Proudly owned by Ally, 10yr old Cavoodle, Ernie, 4yr old Bernese Mountain Dog, Angel & Jasper 8 & 9 yr old cats. (Picture taken 2016 with Ally, Richard and the late Bert the BMD, who passed only weeks later) . Bert was the inspiration for Loose Lead Pets and is the reason we are here today!

After moving to Australia from New Zealand, whilst working in the hospitality industry, she began furthering her interest and love of dogs into a career by completing her dog trainer qualifications with the GDTA at Kintala Club. Whilst working for companies that provided dog walking, pet minding and training, Loose Lead Pets became a dream that she decided to turn into reality.

We only endorse positive reinforcement methods, as extensive research has proven that this is the only successful way forward in dog training and fostering rewarding relationships between animals and their humans.
