📢 Attention everyone! The Chefs at Supaw Pet Bakery are taking a well-deserved break! 🧑‍🍳✨

From August 6th to August 20th, we’ll be running at reduced capacity. The shop will be closed on these dates:

Tuesday and Thursday: August 6th, 8th, 13th, 15th, and 20th

On the days we’re open (Wednesday, Friday to Monday), our hours will be 1pm - 6pm.

We‘ll be back to our normal schedule on August 21st. If your furbaby’s birthday falls between August 6th and 20th, make sure to order their cake ASAP to avoid any disappointment!

Thanks for your understanding, and we look forward to baking more yummy treats for your furry friends soon! 🐾🎂

Our last stop has brought us to Yanghu Lake, marking the end of our road trip through Sichuan and Tibet with our dog!!

Traveling along the National Highway 318, we’ve seen many beautiful landscapes, and Ding Ding has made lots of friends along the way 🐶.

As a reward for the journey, we gave Ding Ding a bone-shaped biscuit engraved with “Conqueror of 318” - his very own medal for conquering the 318.

The biscuit is made from chicken and includes probiotics, which are great for a pet’s digestive system. Besides the bone-shaped biscuits, there are also cat-face biscuits, both of which can be personalized with names or birthday wishes.
Each box also contains four mini donuts and a paw-shaped biscuit.

This time, we‘re bringing you cheese! 🧀

We call it cheese not just because of its cheese-like shape, but because we’ve added real lactose-free cheese!!!🧀

A moderate amount of lactose-free cheese can supplement your pet‘s calcium needs, promoting healthy teeth 🦷and bones🦴. Plus, the probiotics in cheese aid digestion!

Who can resist a tempting slice of pizza? Not even our furry friends! 🍕

During breaks, we treated Dingding to a slice of pizza.

Made with chicken puree for the crust and “tomato sauce” consisting of chicken mixed with lactose-free yoghurts for colour, these treats are just like real tomato sauce. Each slice is generously cut and packed - perfect for your pup’s appetite. 🐾 Come visit our store and grab some for your fur babies! 🎉

The Kalazi Mountains are covered with alpine meadows, earning them the title ”Pasture in the Clouds.“

We took a brief break at the service station here, preparing some snacks for the little one. Made from chicken puree with lactose-free yoghurts and natural food colouring, these freeze-dried treats transformed into these mini donuts 🍩 and bone-shaped 🦴 biscuits!

Using white carob instead of chocolate, we decorated each donut. Doesn‘t it look just like the real donuts?

Another surprise——cupcake🧁!!!

Cupcakes are a popular choice for many birthday parties, ensuring every furry friend gets their own treat. And guess what? Birthday blessings can be written on these cupcakes too! 🎂

The first stop in Western Sichuan: Zheduo Mountain ⛰️ Altitude 4962 metres

A little reward for the first-timers on the plateau: freeze-dried cake 🎂 Freeze-dried cake is made from chicken, and through freeze-drying technology, it locks in the cake‘s nutrition, making it the top choice for pet snacks 🐾 The colourful decorations on top are made from coconut and tapioca, same ingredients for fresh cakes 🌈

🎉 From 14/05 to 31/05, there will be some changes to our opening hours as we embark on an incredible journey to Tibet with our family dog — Dingding!

Starting from 14/05:
🕐 Mon: 10am – 1:30pm
🕐 Tue-Sun: 1pm – 6pm

Please note: Delivery will be available Monday to Saturday (NO SUNDAY DELIVERY). If your fur babies have birthdays during these dates, be sure to order early so we can still make their celebrations extra special! 🎂

🐾 We’ll be driving 7,900km and can’t wait to share the breathtaking scenery and stories from our adventure with all of you!

We’ve got some important updates to share with you! One of our fabulous pastry chefs will be taking a well-deserved holiday starting next Wednesday 🌴☀️ As a result, we’ll be operating on reduced capacity for cake orders during this period.

Please note that our capacity for cake orders on the 13th and 14th is already fully booked out, so we won’t be able to take any more orders for those dates.

But don’t worry! Our amazing pastry chef will be back in action on the 15th, ready to whip up those tail-waggingly delicious cakes and treats once again! 🍰🐶

If your furry friend’s birthday or special celebration falls within this period, we kindly ask you to place your orders on our website as soon as possible for the surrounding dates. This will help us manage our capacity effectively and ensure that we can still create those unforgettable moments for your beloved pets!

From 24th December to 1st January, Supaw Pet Bakery will be closed for a well-deserved break. We’ll be back on 2nd January for walk-in customers, but please note that customised cakes will be available from 3rd January onward.

We have an unfortunate incident to share with you. It has come to our attention that an individual used social engineering to fraudulently obtain a pack of our beloved pupcakes. We’re deeply disappointed and disheartened that someone would stoop so low as to tarnish a fur baby‘s special day. 🐾

We wholeheartedly apologize to the affected customer for the inconvenience caused and are taking immediate measures to prevent such incidents from happening again. We understand the importance of trust, and your security is our top priority. As a result, we will be asking more questions and implementing additional safeguards during the order pickup process in the future.
