We have designated cat and dog waiting rooms and hospital areas, including cat and dog wards with cosy accomodation, and of course endless cuddles. We have an open house policy and encourage you to drop in anytime to have a chat. Feel free to bring your pet with you… we don’t need an excuse for a cuddle!

A busy day for beautiful Paris! 🐾🩷

Paris spent the day with us for X-rays and a dental procedure, with Allie, our Senior Veterinary Nurse, and the team there every step of the way to ensure she received the very best care.

From carefully preparing Paris for her procedures and assisting with her imaging and dental treatment, to closely monitoring her anaesthetic and supporting her recovery, the team played an integral role in ensuring Paris remained safe, comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay.

Thank you for being such a wonderful patient, Paris. 🐶💕

🐾 nOah Holiday Closure Notice 🎄

Please be advised that Northcote Animal Hospital will be closed for the Christmas/New Year holiday period.

Closed: Tuesday, 23rd of December 2025
Open: Monday, 5th January 2026

What you can still do during our closure:

• You can book appointments and process medication requests online through our website for us to attend to upon our return.
• You are welcome to email us at [email protected], but please note these are not being monitored during our closure.

For pet medical emergencies, the closest 24hr emergency centres are:

• Centre for Animal Referral and Emergency (CARE) in Collingwood
• Advanced Vet Care in Kew

We wish you all a happy and safe holiday season, and we look forward to seeing you and your furry friends again in the New Year! 🐾❤️🐾
