Pet of the Month- March 2024

Meet Bosko! Bosko is a 12-year-old Cavoodle and a very good boy.

His hobbies include digging at the beach, moonlit possum watching, singing Happy Birthday, and opening presents! During the day he can be found helping his dad in their home office.

Bosko has diabetes. This means he needs daily injections, a special diet and regular visits to the clinic for blood tests. He was also recently diagnosed with Cushing’s disease – which makes his diabetes even trickier to control! But he doesn’t let this get him down. We think Bosko is a very brave boy and seeing him at the clinic brightens our day.

Our biggest group yet... and what an amazing group it was. Congratulations to each one of you!!! This group was packed into the clinic- the pups came in with some shy, some confident, there were big ones and some tiny ones- a real mix. We were able to all have such strong and positive play sessions. Well done guys and all your hard work🐾😊👏🏻

After servicing the local area for almost 34 years Kerrie and Greg are retiring in January.
Fortunately Patterson River Veterinary Centre will remain running and owned as a private veterinary clinic by the very capable Dr Mary and her husband Jay. All of our fabulous staff will remain.
Kerrie and Greg would like to thank all of their wonderful clients from over the years. They leave with many special memories and they appreciate all of the support from the local community. 🐾❤️

Congratulations to these recent graduates...
They were all superstar's during the classes and had loving families. The pups enjoyed having play sessions, some came with no confidence and you could see it grow each week, which is so nice to see.

We have been advised by Kingston council that rabbit baiting using pindone around the Water-sports Centre will be carried out during November and December. Please keep your dogs safe by keeping them on a lead around that area. If you suspect your dog may have ingested bait in that area please seek veterinary advice immediately.
