EXISTING DAYCARE CLIENTS
STEPS TO RENEW YOUR DAYCARE PASS ONLINE

1. You have been sent an email from our software provider Mindbody, asking you to finish creating the account we have set up for you. If you have not done so already, click “Verify your email” and set your account password. (If you need us to resend this email, let us know).
2. Your passes can now be renewed directly from the Daycare page on our website: https://prodogtraining.com.au/daycare/
3. Scroll down and click on BUY DAYCARE 10 PASS or BUY DAYCARE 10 PASS
4. Check you have added the pass you want and click Confirm
5. You will be asked to Sign in. Do this using the email and password you have set up in point 1.
(If you are already signed into your Pro Dog Training account, steps 4 and 5 will be skipped).
6. Click Confirm to check out what you have in your cart.
7. Enter your card details and click Check Out
8. We will be notified of your purchase and sign your dog in for their next scheduled visits, based on the day/s they regularly attend and the pass pack you purchased.
9. To log into your account, click the Sign-In tab on the top left of our website. From here you can find a record of your past Purchases (excl online product purchases), your upcoming Schedule of visits and your History of visits.
MULTI-DOG CLIENTS:

We have created an account for each of your dogs under the same email address, eg. John Smith (Dog 1) and John Smith (Dog 2).

The verification email you were sent was for Dog 1’s account (this will be your primary account). Once you have finished setting up this Dog 1’s profile, you will be asked if you want to add the Dog 2’s account and there will also be the option to add Dog 2 as “Family” on the Dog 1’s account. Repeat the process if you have 3 dogs.

If you add Dog 2 as family, you will be able to easily view both dogs accounts from the one login. Once you have confirmed and linked both accounts, to switch between them when you are logged in click on the black circle with your initials in it.

Building Confident Dogs
