Getting kids back to basics with a belief that every child should have access to outdoor play, growing food & eating it. Amy & Jade are passionate about connecting children to nature. They engage children with sustainability education, gardening, cooking and nature craft sessions. A love of growing real food in a sustainable environment, they share their gardening enthusiasm with children, families and the wider community through incursions, workshops and festivals.
Tee-pees, seed bombs, seed saving, nature art therapy, sensory gardens, organic play structures, worms and worm farms, organic veggie patches, community plots, frog bogs, Farmers Markets, mud kitchens, recipe creating... are just a few of the mindful activities that keep these 2 busy.
Food Allergies play a large role in their cooking with all recipes customized so that every child is included. Sharing what they have learnt along the way, the walls they've hit and encourage others to get involved and have fun.
