I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for your kind words and encouragement. Your support meant the world to me during my recovery✨
I'm thrilled to share that I've finally tested negative and am on the road to full recovery.
I'll be resuming our regular grooming services. Please be assured that all existing bookings will remain unchanged.
For those who had to reschedule last week, I'll be in touch starting today to rebook your appointments.
Additionally, I'll be personally reaching out to customers with bookings scheduled from February onwards.

Dear customers
I am currently infected with COVID-19 and have been causing inconvenience to many of our valued customers since last week. I sincerely apologize for the trouble.

Unfortunately, I am still testing positive and am finding it challenging to recover physically. I will be in touch with customers who have bookings for this week as soon as possible.

It's frustrating to contract COVID-19 right after the New Year, but I prioritize our customers' health and safety. I will patiently wait until I recover and test negative. Once again, I deeply apologize for the inconvenience. 😷🙏
