Took a bit to get her out from her absolute fave spot, but once she realised where she was, she nearly pulled my arm out of its socket in excitement!
The residents were super excited to see her again, and she was equally excited to see them and get all the love (& sneaky treats)

The fave spot is where Shelby can see everyone that comes and goes, but is far enough back, that the avge hooman can’t get her lol 🤦🏽‍♀️
She spends hrs daily just hanging there 🫶🏽

11.25yrs fun, laughter, wet nose interruption’s, chaos, noise, endless love and mor

Has managed to squeeze in 37yrs of golden fur / moulting into 11.25years!

He’s a talented pest this boy of mine, but my god I love him 🫶🏽

So much more to say, and still not enough words - or at least not the right ones coming to mind!

It’s been a hell of a ride with so many highs and lows - but mostly highs.

4 litters in 4 mths - you would never have seen that coming! BUT as you know, chaos is how we roll!

Thank you for being a passenger on this breeding roller-coaster with me……..Hope youve enjoyed the ride!

All pups vaccinated and given the clean bill of health by Dr James 🐾
Although code brown was caused in the crate, 💩🤢😷 , most of us got through it unscathed.

All pups varied in size with the smallest being 4kg, and the biggest being 4.7kg…..and still 2wks to go before they go home 🤪

As you will see, Miss Koda is quite content being the office dog, though not sure what levels productivity she brings to the desk.

The little ones had some visitors yesterday…..
The owners of 💚 Derek 💜 Maci and ❤️ Teddy all came to visit.
It was complete puppy chaos - just the way we like it!

Didn’t take long though, before the puppies batteries required some intense recharging……

So there was a bit of paper rustling over night……but I did my best to sleep through it.
Turns out, my roll of 🐾 stickers had exploded.
I had my suspicions that one 5mth old adorable golden was innocent - at least until proven guilty.

Then I found her - yep totally innocent 😇🤦🏽‍♀️

Certainly not the Christmas KRUZ and his family had planned…..especially after spending Christmas 2023 in at the RCH. Unfortunately, when you have a disease like leukaemia, you can’t plan anything 😢

Here’s to the best Christmas possible for the family!
Although it’s certainly not ideal, enjoy every single minute together celebrating what you do have - the most beautiful family ever 🫶🏽
Your strength and love for one another in a total inspiration - and I know I’ve said it before, I’m so glad we’ve entered one another’s lives - though the circumstances are sh*te…

Photo dump #2 from yesterdays happy hr 🐾

Each one of the frequent flyers we gave a decoration to, with a Christmas message from Shelby & I.
They also got a roses chocolate (minus the 2 I may have eaten)

Shelby gave us the subtle hint that she was ready to go home…..

Just LOVED it so much! This place really brings me so much joy 🤩

2 weeks away from this crew - not sure I’ll last - may have to do a dog free guest appearance, with a vodka 🤪 though they’d probably send me home to collect a doggo

What is the hi-light of your 2024? For me, without a doubt, it was being able to gift KRUZ and his family the one and only Alfie! With the help of a lot of local businesses, they got so much more than “just a pup” - but a lifetime of fun, laughter and all the accessories required to make the most enjoyable golden memories! Except a bowl! I forgot to get him a bowl! Interested to hear everyone’s hi-lights - please, comment below / add a pic 🧡
