The clinic is known locally by many as "The Blue Clinic with the Cow!" and is easily found on East Boundary Road, down the road from the new GESAC Swimming Centre. The practice has been serving the needs of the pets of the Glen Eira area for over 30 years, and the clinic has always been in the ownership of the vets who work there. Dr. Damian McShane has been personally involved with our patients h

ere since 1997, and Dr Michael Heath and Dr. Lisa Sander since 2000. Dr Sarah Warren purchased the clinic from them in 2021 and brings an exciting new energy to the business. At East Bentleigh Vet Clinic, we are passionate about providing the best possible quality care for you and your pets that Melbourne has to offer. Our skilled and caring team offer high quality diagnostic, therapeutic and veterinary health care services for your pets at every stage of their life. EBVC is open and consulting 7 days a week, with NO surcharge for Saturday and Sunday, We have state-of-the-art surgical and emergency facilities which ensures your pet is always taken care of in any situation. Our internal medicine department are always here to help and we’re lucky to have a team of vets with a wide variety of special interests and experience in such things as brachycephalic (squishy face) breeds and BOAS (resulting in soft palate and nares sugarer, tail amputation and all things squishy related), Cardiology and EPIC, Ophthalmology, Oncology, bone plating, cruciate repair (DeAngelis, TTA), Medial Luxating Patella, Endoscopy, thyroidectomy and more.

Remember to try and keep your little one nice and cool today. - Always have available water near by. - Try and get your walks in during the cooler hours of the Morning - Keep outside exercise to a minimum - Keep them off the concrete, asphalt, and sand. If it hurts your feet, it will also hurt there's - Look up the address of your nearest emergency centre incase your pet looks to really be struggling in the heat. Stay safe and stay cool everyone.
