It's that time of year!! December bookings are filling quickly. Just a reminder to ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations if they are heading into care over the break. Also if you have any long term medications that might run out, we will be closed from the 22nd, returning Jan 2. Please make sure to order anything you might need well in advance. NB - due to the national shortage, we have very limited stock of feline vaccinations, and may not be able to accommodate all clients. UPDATE - !! ONLY 2 FREE APPT SPOTS REMAIN !!- Exciting news!! The lovely Lisa is joining our team, and as well as being an experienced nurse, she also offers canine remedial massage!!

We are offering FREE INITIAL CONSULTS to 5 of our clients who are happy for us to take a little extra time to go through our new systems for these type of appts, provide a testimonial and let us take some happy snaps :-) Please call or message 0434 377 156 to claim one of the spots. The count down is on for Christmas!! Just letting you know that we will be closed between Dec 21st and Jan 9th. The phone will not be manned during this time, so for those clients with pets requiring ongoing medications, please ensure you have enough to last through the festive season. And if you are heading away on holidays, be sure to check you have your pets vaccination paperwork at hand if they are going to kennels or catteries. Wishing everyone a happy holiday season :-)

Exciting things are happening!!

Vets everywhere have been super busy, and we are no exception. Dr Kim is officially overrun trying to care for your pets and run the administrative side of the business as well, so we have been working away behind the scenes to try and find solutions that allow for more clinical hours to help you and your fur family.

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Jo to our team, who is coming on board to manage all things organisational. This should free up more consulting time for Dr Kim, and reduce the wait times currently being experienced for appointments.

It does mean a change to the way the phone is managed, and over the next week or two we will transition to a system where Jo will be available to assist you between 9am-5pm weekdays. Calls or messages outside of these hours will be returned on the next business day. Dr Kim will still be available to chat as previous, just leave a message with Jo and Dr Kim will be in touch between her appointments.

This will be a big transition for everyone, so please be patient while we work out any teething errors. More developments and other exciting things are in the works, so further announcements to come, but for now, please welcome Jo. We are so excited to have her on board!!

Well, the holiday period certainly snuck up fast!!! IMPORTANT INFO BELOW...

It's been a very hectic few years for us, and this year we are taking a break. We will be closing from Dec 18th to Jan 10th. There are some exciting changes coming to Paws at Yours next year, which I can't wait to tell you about...

In the meantime, remaining bookings for the year, and the first couple of weeks back, are filling up fast. If you need an appt, or have a regular monthly appt, please book these ASAP. Please also ensure you have enough of any ongoing medications to last through the holidays.
