Black crepe de chine fitted long dress with seductive form Olive /Gold silk floral pieces on shoulders and hem line From knee down a flounce has been added , giving such flair and finesse . Shortly thereafter, " change was made to the tag It now read " Camille Lee , Paris, New York and Melbourne"

One of my long time favourites, but it's never going to fit! A true Art Deco beauty in the softest black silk just look at that back !! Cut on the cross, the embellishments are original.. when younger, I pretended they were diamonds! ( my excuse for not wearing!) the fasteners on the left side have been replaced when zips arrived I can't imagine anything better for New Years Eve ! Waist 26 inch

Perfect for a day on the green, Original 1960s by De WEESE with well structured cups and streamlined torso The skirt is the perfect accessory ... it has splits at the side so when you are finished with the waves it's onwards and upwards at the netball court

Rare to come across..., but we'd notice even in the tightest crowd, a genuine 1960's beach set In a non crease cotton linen, both pieces are lined in pale blue cotton . The top has a fitted bust with a filling that gives both shape and steadiness , so it stays put in the wave pool if that's where you're headed Shorts are to the waist , a defined waist band makes them perfect for wearing with a top tucked in or a bikini top . The shorts are actually very flattering , the heaviness of the fabric keeps them where they should be . Wear as a knock around at the weekend , but they are most at home down the beach or pool for a spot of swimming There are four top buttons at the back which opens up displaying the set at its best angle Size to fit a 12 / 14 DM me and I will send through photos and measurements!

Original Australian 1950s novelty print by Pearce of Melbourne very rare and pure heaven , I say, as a horse lover . The print is of medals of horses heads , the medals attached to leather strapping The dress is one of thick white cotton with pleats although I am showing it with a full skirt in the hope the novelty print is on display Short sleeves , metal zip, size M and unworn Perhaps a best dress put away as too good to wear? I have it worn with a croc skin belt of that era This is one of the most beautiful dresses not just for appearance and quality but the fact it is an everyday wear, not a "two wear bestie "Wear it , certainly, on best occassions but to work, to office parties, races, lunches , sports events , kids pick up... Wash gently, hang up and it's ready for the next day ....and be ready for comments galore

I love the mix n match of eras... give me a 70s dress and a new season jacket every time . Fifty years difference , be it in fashion or partner, is exciting , unpredictable and full of surprises Wearing same same is too often like wearing a costume This mornings 60/70s Carla Zampatti with a new season AJE silky jacket is a great example, perhaps even more so thanks to the sixties influence in sleeves . ... but the jacket with jeans makes jest of all this . What do I know? Let our clothes do the talking!
