Easter opening hours: To all our lovely clients, we are closed over Easter weekend. The clinic will close on Thursday 14/4 at 6pm and will reopen on Tuesday 19/4 at 8am. Dog Grooming is B A C K! 💦💦🛁✂️🐶🐕🐾 With government restrictions easing we can now take all bookings from Friday 22nd of October. Finally! Our groomers have been performing welfare grooms during lockdown but are very much looking forward to getting all the pooches in for much needed #spadays ! With the backlog of grooms and an increase in dogs during COVID we do have a wait time for bookings; just like our veterinary services. As always: 😷 Mandatory face mask and QR code check in upon entry. 🙋🏽‍♂️ One client per pet. 👩🏻‍⚕️ Consultations and all other appointments strict social distancing measures in place. 🐶 Puppy School to recommence from next week. Those with bookings and or on our waiting list; we will be in touch. 📦🚛📲 As always we recommend ordering medication or food in advance. This can be done via our website, calling the clinic or emailing us! Delivery is also available for a small fee. 🦠 We ask and trust you to inform us if you or any of your household are currently in isolation, quarantining or are awaiting test results or are COVID positive. If you have symptoms or are unwell, stay at home. 👩‍⚕️🧑🏻‍⚕️🧑🏼‍⚕️Our team is small and we have all worked tirelessly through the pandemic. Vet clinics have remained open right through #covid , but we are still not considered #frontlineworkers or #healthcareprofessionals. Our industry’s work load has increased dramatically and this is happening around the world. The increase of pets purchased, adopted and more time at home to notice issues means more visits to us. We are fatigued but our aim has always been the same: to provide best care to your pet. Grooming update; we are back! ✂️✂️✂️🧼🛁💦🐶🐩🐕‍🦺🦮🐕🐾 A huge THANKYOU to you all for your patience yet again in Lockdown 5.0. 📲We will be in contact with everyone who has had an impacted booking, as well as those awaiting confirmation for bookings in the next few weeks. ⚠️For now, we will not be accepting any groom bookings for the time being. All groom requests will be added to our list and those in dire need prioritised. 🐩🐕‍🦺We have an extensive waiting list, coupled with being booked before this lockdown weeks in advance. 🦹🏻‍♀️We are also now recruiting for our grooming team, as Rebecca sadly is no longer with us. Wonderful Kazumi is our sole groomer at present. ❤️We accept the anxiety that many of you are feeling in regards to getting your beloved dog seen to.
