It feels like this year has been particularly difficult in the grief department.
I have experienced far too many clients senior pets and friends pets pass away and so I thought it would be an appropriate time to talk about grief.

I was thinking about Odie this morning and then one of my songs that remind me of him popped onto my Spotify and it made me smile.

Everyone deals with grief differently, especially when it comes to our pets. Never let anyone tell you how to process the emotions or tell you what you should or shouldn't be feeling.

Odie was so much more than my "pet". He was a business partner, my safety blanket, my friend, my "child". I structured my life around him and when he left, I didn't know how to structure my life or business. There is so much more than just "I miss my dog" when you lose a pet.
