I have had the joy of caring for MS SABBATH many times in the past 2 1/2 years but this morning I received the sad news that she was diagnosed with lymphoma and deteriorated so rapidly that no treatment was possible and her beautiful mum Emma showed the ultimate gift of love and had her put to sleep yesterday. I’m truly heartbroken for myself but most of all for Emma who loves her pets, homeless cats and the birds who live around her with a commendable level of compassion. I’ll never forget you, SABBATH 🖤

APRIL was very grateful for this bucket of water this morning as it was big enough for a long drink and to cool her paws. Note: it was only 24 degrees at 8am so quite safe. But please remember that it’s gets significantly hotter on pavement than the ambient temperature so don’t risk your pups paws. And furry ones like April struggle especially as do snub nosed breeds and young and elderly dogs.
