We would like to remind you all of some toxic foods commonly seen around Easter time:
โข Grapes/Raisins (In Hot Cross Buns)
โข Chocolate (especially dark)
โข Alcohol
โข Lilies (cats)
โข Onions & Garlic
โข Macadamia Nuts
โข Xylitol (commonly seen in sugar free lollies or chewing gum)
Common side effects of ingestion of the above is Vomiting, Lethargy, Diarrhoea, Seizures, Decreases appetite and Weakness.
