We know how important sleep is, so are we all doing all we can to make sure we get a good night's sleep?
Here are our top tips for a great nights sleep:
💤 Your bedroom should be for sleep alone, so try not to watch TV, scroll your socials or work in there. You want your brain to associate your bedroom with sleep and sleep alone
💤 Reduce or eliminate screen time before bed - Avoid alcohol, caffeine, snacking a few hours before sleep
💤 Keep your room as dark as possible, even the smallest light can affect your circadian rhythm
💤 Keeping your room cooler (but not cold) will result in a better sleep
💤 Why not try to work an essential oil into your bedtime routine, so everytime you smell it, your brain will associate it with calm and sleep.
