💪🥳 WE HAVE A VISION FOR 2025: We want to elevate our service offering and become even stronger and more determined in bringing sustainable, ecofriendly spa & grooming experiences to you in the new year!

As many of you may know, its our Shampoo Smiles vision to create longterm canine wellbeing through sustainable grooming practises. And while we have had many challenges this year that have helped us grow, our best experiences have been when we were able to be true to our green and gentle hearts 🧡🌱

Our highlights were:
🧡 Helping two fear-aggressive pups over 6-8 weeks in short fear-free weekly training sessions to trust us and let us proceed with grooming their feared areas (ie. feet and face). Both come in happy now with smiles on their faces, which is truly heart warming!
🧡 Seeing skin and fur restoration in 8 furry spa guests that had raw liked sores and bald patches through weekly/fortnightly spa routines close their wounds and have hair regrowth started. Its so amazing to see them suffer less and become their true selves again!
🧡 Getting so many of you on 100% natural, local products like our skin, coat and stress relieving h**p seed supplement, our natural sun screen, our colloidal silver healing mist and hearing what a difference they make to your pups chemically and plastic free!
🧡 Guiding over half of you to adopt an oral hygiene routine for your pups with regular tooth brushing
🧡 Bringing the nails of 4 lovely pups back into a short and healthy state over a 6 week course of nail trims and grinds twice weekly, which has made the world of a difference to their posture and now pain free walking.

And most of all, how so many of you say how surprised you are that your furry friend happily walks in to our Shampoo Smiles Spa whereas before they would dread the groomers.

WE CANT BELIEVE WE DID IT! This festive season we were able to raise over 100$ for the amazing with the help of our lovely pet parents and furry spa guests 🥹🧡🐶

We are so grateful for your donations and we made the best use of our small holiday surcharge by sending it to this amazing Greyhound saving organisation.

Thank you for everything you do for those kind and gentle, sadly often mistreated, souls out there 🌱⭐️

We will have our donation box near our register in the spa year around and will also accept small donation items for the rescue in the new year 🧡 So help us spread kindness, not only in the festive season but all year around.

Nail health is essential for your pups posture, foot health and general wellbeing 🧡

How do you know your pups nails are too long?

The best sign is that they are touching floor during normal standing. As they touch the floor, they put pressure on your pups foot similar to a shoe that is too small.

DID YOU KNOW that trimming your -Oodles hair regularly makes it grow stronger and healthier, just like our own hair? 🌱🛁🧖‍♀️

It also grows 1-2cm a month indefinitely, just like our hair, and needs to be treated with conditioner and hair masks regularly to not break and grow dull with continuous brushing 💇‍♀️🧴In fact, you should never brush dry -Oodle hair, always spray conditioner first to keep hair shiny and your furry friend happy during your bonding brush time 🧡

✂️🐩 This lovely Groodle girl Honey had exactly that, a healthy trim and moisturising coat restoration ☺️🎀💅🐶

After a relaxing spa bath with our organic shampoo and a rejuvenating scrub, our furry friend enjoyed a gentle blow dry and a teddy style scissor trim…She came out looking and feeling great, with a softened coat, smelling divine 🌸😌🧖‍♀️

SUNDAY SPA DAY for our regular furry friend lovely Bernese Mountain Dog Harlow 🧡🫧🧖‍♀️ Double coated breeds like her, especially with a European, frosty ancestry, require regular deshedding and deep-cleansing to remove dead coat, greasy sebum and flaky skin to enable healthy new skin and coat growth.
