I absolutely heart broken 💔 and so unexpected
Tonight my thoughts are with Dee, Jimmy, Steele, Penny and Molly as Miss Ella collected her wings.
She has always been a big part of my grooming journey and I have had the pleasure of pampering her for almost 10 years.
No matter how bad of a day I was having she would always put a smile on my face ❤️
Having to say goodbye is always so much easier when it’s expected, it’s still not easy but you slowly get to say your goodbye
I always thought your older brother Steele would have collected those wings first, how wrong was I
I love you you Ella and you have left a huge paw print on my heart that will be hard to fill 🐾 ❤️
RIP Ella Bella and run free and happy over the rainbow bridge 🌈 🐾💔 I miss you so much already and I know Steele, Penny and Molly will be missing you like crazy

Just thought I would put up a post as over the last couple of months I have got quite a few ticks of dogs.

Victoria has three main species of tick – the bush tick, brown dog tick and the paralysis tick.

Paralysis ticks secrete a toxin that causes paralysis – most tick bites are caused by this species, and it’s the most dangerous.

We are lucky in Victoria that we don’t see the paralysis tick to often but they are still around and though the bush/dog tick are not overly dangerous they can still make your dog sick

The other 2 ticks can still cause issues for your dogs
• Brown Dog Tick - Mostly causes skin irritation, but can cause anaemia and the deadly Brown dog tick disease
• Bush Tick - Mostly causes skin irritation, but can cause anaemia and babeosis, a parasitic red blood cell infection
