This gorgeous girl Linx has been through the wars these past two weeks.
She has been in Emergency twice as after her desexing procedure, Linx became very unwell and it was discovered she was bleeding extensively internally. #bernesemountaindog #poodle #vonwillebranddisease #rescue #rescuelife
She was rushed to emergency where she received a life-saving blood transfusion.
She was able to come home the next day but then she succumbed to an infection and was admitted for another surgery to clean up the infection.
Unfortunately 10 days later, Linx was admitted to emergency again as she'd developed a very large Seroma, the size of which had never been seen before by vets and specialists.
To top it all off, there is a very high chance our beautiful girl has Von Willebrands disease, which is a bleeding disorder - incurable and lifelong.
She is a fighter but

Bleu’s 1st training session
Bleu is growing up so quickly, and it's time for him to start learning some basic commands. Yesterday, he learned how to sit, and it only took about 20 minutes, even with a lot of distractions! Now that he understands what we’re asking of him, we just need to practice for a few minutes each day to reinforce it. Training a puppy doesn’t have to be difficult or take a lot of time; it just requires a bit of patience!
Bleu is so excited to show his forever family all that he’s learned and continue his training with them. He has so much love to give!

Although cautious at first, Judd has an inquisitive nature and cheeky personality. He has been very gentle towards the little people in his foster home and respectful of the resident dog. We always recommend slow & supervised introductions to kids and other pets in your home.
The resident cats haven't given him a chance to say hello yet but so far, he's happy to keep his distance. Judd is still working out cuddles but is happy to stay close by and get all the belly rubs.
His forever family would be very lucky to get this cutie.

🐾 Our beautiful Ridgeback x puppies are almost ready for adoption - all 19 of them! Yes you read that right! Mama’s Stella and Sage were both rescued from the pound heavily pregnant and both gave birth in our care. We think that both litters likely have the same Dad because they all look so similar.

🐾 We have lots of dogs in care and available for adoption. If you are looking for a new member to add to your family, please consider a rescue dog. 🐾
Check out the video to see some of our current fosters that are available for adoption now (a couple in the video aren't available just yet). In addition to these guys, we also have three litters of puppies that are not old enough to go up for adoption just yet (that's 26 puppies currently in care plus mums!).
Any dogs available for adoption are fully vet worked up until the stage they are at. That might mean that a young puppy may need a booster vaccination once adopted but in general all of our dogs have been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and flea/worm treated. Most of our older dogs also have a dental (scale & polish) and have any rotten teeth removed.

🐾💓 Last night we welcomed five pups to the All 4 Paws Dog Rescue family.
Ella, a 5 year old Dachshund was rescued recently and then we realised she was pregnant. Mama and bubs are doing well. 🥰
Both Ella and the pups will be available for adoption but not until the pups are 8-10 weeks of age and have been vet worked. We will not be taking any expressions of interest until they are ready for adoption but please follow our stories for updates on their progress.
