Happy International Dog Day. Here is just a few of the brilliant pets that visit our clinic. Send us a phot of what your doing today with your dog 😊
Pet of the week: Cheshire
This beautiful feline was a guest at our clinic for the last few day whilst getting some fluid therapy to help her kidneys,
She has made a fantastic recovery and was discharged yesterday for some care at home with her owner.
Although Cheshire did have a comfy bed made available to her she did find the clean litter tray the best to roll around in in the video 😊.
We are looking forward to see Cheshire back next week for a check up with our vets.
Our very Talented Pet of the Week, Ruby-Tuesday showing everyone how she still manages to have fun in the backyard chasing the ball even thought she is completely Blind.
Ruby - Tuesday is living her best life with her owners, this makes us so happy.

This is why we do what we do!
We’re very sorry that we’ve had to close the past few days after the extreme weather event. There is still no power and we are using the generators to keep our vaccines and pet food rolls cool. The roads are hazardous and our staff are having trouble getting to and from work. We will keep you posted as soon as we are up and running again. If you need urgent medications for your pet please leave a message on the phone (if you can get through). Dr Moss will be available for telemedicine consults 9am-2pm Saturday
(If the internet holds up). Please book via the Medechat video consult tab on our website drvet.com.au. You will need to register from that link. Thanks everyone for your understanding and we hope everyone ling in the Hills stays safe.
Does your dog have a weight Issue?
If your dog is overweight, she is at increased risk for developing a number of health conditions, including diseases of the urinary tract such as bladder stones and infections. That’s why it’s important to bring your dog in regularly for weigh-ins and advice on how to manage problems related to excess weight.
We also have a couple of days left of our July offer to get $20 off the Hills Weight Management Range at the clinic. Drop in and purchase a bag, slab of cans or box of pouches and receive a $20 voucher off the purchase.
