It is with mixed emotions that we announce that as of Tuesday 12th March Smudge Dog Grooming will have a new home! Sam & his wife Sandy will be taking over Smudge & the great news is they are still located in Manor Lakes & the new address is 1 Medlar Ave Manor Lakes.
The contact number is still 0419561599 & the online booking system will remain the same. All appointments PRIOR to 12th March will still be conducted at 113 Eureka drive Manor Lakes.
Jason & I wish to say thank you to all our wonderful customers from over the years. Your support helped me create the wonderful & thriving business that I have today. Many of you have been with us from the start bringing several generations of fur babies over the time. We are very grateful for your business & you will all be missed. We trust that you will show Sam & Sandy the same kindness & loyalty. We wish the new owners all the very best success.

Please note from the 1st October 23 alterations to our matting fee charges.

Moderate matting/knotting additional $10
Extensive matting additional $15
Severe matting additional $20

When a coat is matted or really knotty, it not only blunts our blades & scissors very quickly requiring extra sharpening, sometimes it dulls the blades so much that it renders them useless & requires new blades to be purchased. Matting also adds additional time & is a lot more dangerous to work with for both the dog & groomer.
Additional charges have always been incurred, but as all matting is not created equal, additional charges will now vary depending on the extent of the matting.
It is not always possible to determine the level of matting on drop off, however you will be notified before collection if additional fees have had to be added.

Effective immediately you can only be eligible for either our 5% concession discount OR our rewards discount program but not both in the same booking. If you are are eligible, we will always apply our rewards discount first, unless requested not to, as this applies a better discount for you.
