With the temperatures rising over the coming days it is important to be prepared for the safety of our pets. Heat stroke most commonly occurs in brachycephalic breeds, such as pugs and frenchies, but can occur in any animal. Plan ahead and look after your pet. If you are concerned please give us a call.

Drs Jacinta and Paula have spent the weekend extending their skills at an ultrasound workshop. The workshop was run by two veterinary specialists and provided our vets with many tips and hands on experience scanning. These new skills will be invaluable in providing diagnostic options at our clinic.

Today we welcomed Insight Mobile Veterinary Diagnostics to our clinic. They performed a CT on site for one of our patients. Thanks to the support of Insight we are able to offer the convenience of advanced imaging right at South Cranbourne Vets.

Congratulations to Dr Isy Taylor who has achieved her membership in Small Animal Medicine with the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists. Isy has been working hard taking on extra study and grueling examinations to achieve her membership status. Membership of the College is an official recognition of a veterinarian's knowledge and experience in a designated field of veterinary science. An amazing effort and we are very proud of you Isy!
