Yesterday I had 2 clients who tried other groomers. They came back to me. One of them explained that quality over quantity, the other one with tiching eye explained that she had to take her cat to vet after the other salon worked on her cat. I listened them and I felt sorry for them because they had bad experiences, and I was also happy that all I learned and all of the care I provided their cats before made a huge difference. They feel safe to leave their cats with me. It was a huge happiness and success in my life, in Groomzy Cat Grooming.
Last week I had another customer who also came back to me. She told me, she made her decision that she is “going back to Nikki.”

I treat your cat as my own.
I dedicate my time ONLY to your cat. There are no other cats from other households to work on your cat simultaneously.
Yes, I earn less money than others, but I still do it. I work on your cat only!!! And you can see it in my salon! You can see that I don’t hide other 1-2-3 cats from other households to work on. You can see it via window glasses!
I still buy the most expensive shampoo we groomers can ever buy in the market.
It is hard to pay out that much of money for shampoo. But quality shampoo makes huge differences in my work. And I know you all love the sense of the Japanese flower (flourish every 2nd year, that is why the shampoo is expensive) in my shampoo. This became my unique brand!
Not to mention the “orange gold” the best degreaser shampoo and my magic cream I use to get rid of excessive oil from tail and back.
I am not busy anymore, you are very surprised that even for Saturdays you can find appointments in the online booking system.
High living cost made cat grooming luxurious !
The passion, the friendship, the professional spirit are important.
But yesterday was even more important to me!
