Spud's Buds dog walking is a fully registered and insured dog walking business run by Jordan Babbage currently operating in parts of Glen Eira, Bayside, and Kingston. Jordan is very passionate about animals and has been working in the animal industry for a number of years. Before your dog/s begin walks, Jordan will meet with both you and your dog to make sure it is the right fit for your family.

An important message added to Thursday and Friday's catch up pics.
⚠️‼️There will NO walks this coming Monday and Tuesday the 3rd and 4th of February. ‼️⚠️
It's too hot, and I think too dangerous. If I could get all the dogs to the beach early like I used to, i absolutely would. But unfortunately, it's just not realistic.
Unless anything changes dramatically (which being Melbourne it's possible) I'll let everyone know. But until then, there will be NO walks on Monday and Tuesday.

Spud's 13th birthday would have been today. In our house today has always been Happy Spud Day, and there was no chance that was changing.
Spud absolutely loved the You Yangs so I wanted to go and spend the day in his honour. With family and some friends, we made this happen! I now hope this becomes a new tradition, and every Spud day, we get to celebrate the best little dude's life ❤️

Before I put today's and yesterday's photos up, I want to give this boy a post of his own.
Today was Arlo's 4th Birthday!! 🎂 🎈
With everything going on the past couple of months I feel I somewhat neglected Arlo and just figured he'd be fine. But in fact he struggled just as much. He hated being left alone and would follow us everywhere we went, slept on the kid's beds, just didn't want to be by himself as he wasn't used to it.
I'm glad to have had Arlo by my side and look forward to the years ahead with this crazy boy!

First two days back and it's been full of excitement and tears already!!
We've had a gorgeous new bud start with us Luna, who had lots of fun yesterday. Then today, I received an incredibly beautiful and thoughtful gift from Harvey and Hazel's owners. Done by Michelle Sturrock, who is a local artist in Bayside.
I'm forever grateful, and Spuddy has his spot next to the TV, so we can see him always ❤️

Spud 26/1/2012 - 9/11/2024 I've got so many things to say about this little man of mine, but right now, I can't quite get the words together. So I want to leave you all with a video of Spud doing one of his favourite joys in life. I set the camera up last weekend on the way to our camp site and I'm so thankful to have it. Love you forever mate ❤️💔 (Thank you for all the beautiful messages, I will get back to you all, I promise)

Even when you know it's coming, it's still never easy. On Friday, Spud and I spent our last moments with Tess. Today, she said goodbye. For those who don't know, Tessy was my first ever client. I met her and her family at my last job before Spud's Buds was even a thought. I fell in love with her from the moment I met her as I introduced her to other dogs and got her confidence up. I was disappointed to find out it was only going to be temporary before they moved to their new house. That was until I discovered they were moving to the same suburb as me. I gave my number and offered to help out if they ever needed it, and, well the rest is history. I honestly don't know if my business would exist if it weren't for you. My family loved you, the other dog walkers loved you and Spuddy absolutley loved you! As you and Spud got older, you became one in the same. Cranky old things 😂 Your little nub tail wagging in excitement and the countless excited wee's and scratches you'd give me on arrival. Even till our very last walk together, you'd shuffle through the hallway with excitement to the front door. I'll never forget these moments and cherish every single one. Thank you to Megan and Mal for all the special years we shared and our hearts go out to you today ❤️ Rest easy Tess ❤️
