Our girl Cider thé maremma is going to be 13 this year and she’s been having all the usual old dog problems. Health wise, her diet is amazing and her organs are all functioning super well. Unfortunately, her hind legs are getting weak and standing up from a lying position has been challenging for her. We have been trying to strengthen her hind legs with some at home exercises from a physiotherapist but we have also just started hydrotherapy and it was a successful first session and many more to come. A little shoutout to @dogsinmotioncaninerehab for the amazing staff and making todays session enjoyable for Cider. She can be quite difficult and resistant to new things but she loved the staff and even allowed pats and cuddles.
