Before founding Claws N’ Paws Pet Care, Syma had a fulfilling career in fashion styling doing editorial and ecommerce work in New York City. When she moved to Australia, she decided to switch careers and try to work with animals, which inspired her to embark on this new venture into the pet care service industry. Animals have always been an integral part of her life and give her so much enjoyment and happiness. Syma was inspired to found Claws N’ Paws Pet Care in 2018, as she recognised the other services in the pet care industry were lacking the professionalism dog owners, such as herself should expect. Syma has built a reputation as one of the very best in Melbourne in her field; known for her personal touch and commitment to building close relationships with both clients and their animals.
Claws N’ Paws Pet Care is a locally owned dog walking, doggy daycare, home visits, and boarding company. Our approach to animal care is refreshingly different and is predicated on a simple precept of engagement. We engage not only the animals under our care but also their moms and dads, our clients. We take a long-term view of our relationship with each client and think of it as a partnership.
