Friendly reminder post

Hey everyone

Due to the continued price increases across all products and travel etc I will need to increase the prices by $10 per pet as of 29th July 2024 (if you have more than one pet then there will be a discount depending on how many)

I know this will be a little hard for some clients, and if this is the case please contact me so we can discuss this

I appreciate your understanding during these times

🗒️ 🐶 Appointments for 2024 & GST update 🐶🗒️

Hey everyone

It’s that time of year again I will be doing all your fur babies appointments for the year. Could you please message me or call me with what time frames you’d like your babies to be groomed (2,4,6,8,10,12 weeks) and which days work better (if you’re able to flexible with when we come we are more likely to get you in to those time slots you’re after) I will then start booking you in

If I don’t happen to hear back I will just keep you in the schedule you’re currently on

Please note also any appointments canceled after 13th November 2023-23rd December 2023 will not be able to be rescheduled until after the new year

I (bec) will be working from home on Mondays from 2024 so if you’re able to bring your fur baby to me that would be wonderful

Also as our business has grown over the last few years, we are now required by law to register for GST
As of 1st January 2024 all new prices will be GST included (for example $85 full groom will now be $93.50 etc)
This is unfortunately out of our control and can no longer be put off. If this changes in the future you will all be notified

I understand this is hard for some clients so if you have any questions etc please don’t hesitate to contact us

I want to thank you all for your loyalty and support over the years, it’s been a crazy 10 years and I look forward to seeing you all in the new year 💜😃

To all my lovely customers and followers

We have a few changes that will be put into place from the 5th June 2023

Due to the current price increases everywhere we will be increasing our prices by $5 for all full grooms, tidies and short hair washes.
We will also be increasing our larger dogs, double coats and groom outs by $10

Payment methods: we offer eftpos or cash on day of service.
Due to continued late payments through bank transfers we will now require all bank transfers to be paid prior to the groom date or at least the day before with a screen shot or
proof that it has been sent through.

Please note if for some reason we have to cancel your money will be refunded to you immediately

Cancellation fees:
we understand people have to cancel and that’s not a problem but as it becomes more frequent (and it’s very hard to book someone else in late notice, therefore we loose income) we need to put something in place for repeat offenders. Therefore if there is less than 24hrs notice, a $20 fee will need to be paid prior to the next groom (maximum $30 per house hold if more than 1 pet)
Please note this is not for all cancellations as things happen.

We will also start offering more appointments at my place in Wyndham vale for clients in the area that can travel to me. For these customers your prices will stay the same

I apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate all your loyalty over the last 9 years

If there are any issues please don’t hesitate to let me know
