The secret sauce of hoof care!!

You’ll also never be in the pickle of “can’t get a trimmer” or “farrier didn’t turn up”.

Why do hooves improve so much faster on a weekly trim cycle❓

👉 This happens because when the hoof is kept in its anatomically correct shape, the internal structures are able to do their job and promote healing from inside out.

👉 With a long trim cycle (anything more than 4 weeks) the hoof grows too long and this affects the internal structures and functions of the hoof.

👉 By keeping the hoof in its anatomically correct shape and size at all times, the circulation is optimised and the hoof will be able to land heel first and function correctly.

Make it your 2025 resolution- the best present you could ever give your horse!

Make it your 2025 resolution- the best present you could ever give your horse!

If you want better hooves and faster results, small weekly trims are the most effective way to achieve this!

With a weekly trim, the hoof is kept in its anatomically correct shape so the internal structures are able to do their job and promote healing from inside out.

BUT WHO CAN AFFORD TO PAY A FARRIER EVERY WEEK?!? ➡️ NOBODY!!! ⬅️ That's why we teach you YOU how to do it YOURSELF! 💪

If you can clean your horse's hooves with a hoof pick, you will be able to trim them too. All it takes is commitment to learn and do what's best for your horse. We teach you all the theory and technique online, so you can learn at your own pace.

Peripheral loading happens in barefoot horses too if they are on a long trim cycle- this was a barefoot trim that simply got left too long.

It’s one of the reasons a 4 weekly professional trim is important! Even better to do a small file weekly.

The horse’s hooves should never “look like they need a trim”. If they do, the boat sailed weeks ago, and were not getting ahead of or improving problems. Simply treading water or allowing pathology to creep in.

Put your sunnies on 😎

How’s that for BRIGHT!?? Orange gaiters with the new Neon orange back straps.

These are paddock boots for a sweet chronic laminitic QH with very damaged pedal bones. She’s really comfy now ❤️

Even if you don’t like loud colours, in the event that they come off, they are easy to find!! It happens at times.

Remember to trim the back straps to remove any long tail below the ball rivets- important in turnout use so grass and “stuff” doesn’t go under the strap and pop it open. I left a little extra on in case she wants pads.
See the small bits of orange on the ground- strap trimmings.

You can look after your own feet, a horse can’t !

Imagine the feeling and experience your horse has every time they take a step without fear of pain, without second guessing the ground they walk on. Imagine the ride you have when your horse is not second guessing. Imagine the improvement to your horses holistic health when their hoofs are well care for?

My superpower is engaging with horse owners and doing stuff with horses hooves! Getting people to realise the importance of taking action for horse hoofs to be well cared for and owners educated on what that means. Horse trimming and Flex Hoof Boots.

I recently again saw the devastation of a P3 pe*******on through the horses sole. That is something that no horse in human care should experience, it is no experience a lover of horses should ever see. It makes me even more passionate about education, service and providing good quality products for horses hooves.

I offer 15 minutes free phone consults to help with any advice, direction you are looking for in relation to your horses hooves. I also offer to get on the phone with your hoof trimmer or person of care for a fee of $30, 2 heads is sometimes better than 1.
