Melton Dog Obedience is back with our next Introductory Class on Sunday, 6th July at 10:30am – and we’d love to see you and your dog there!

✨ Whether you’ve got:
🦴 A new puppy with zero manners
🧠 An older dog needing a brain boost
🐕 Or you’re just curious about what we do

You’re more than welcome to join in or come watch! Stick around after class and check out our higher-level dogs training off-lead (yep...it’s possible, and yep, they’re amazing).

💛 We welcome all dogs and humans, and we even have special vests for nervous or reactive pups to help keep things calm and comfortable.

Training, brekky, fun, and friendly dog-nerd chats in between? Sounds like a paw-some Sunday to us.

👑 King’s Birthday Public Holiday Update 👑

Just a heads up, there will be no dog training this Sunday (8th June) as we take a break for the long weekend! 🐾

Enjoy the extra sleep-in, family time, and maybe a few extra treats (for you and your pup 😄).
We’ll be back to our regular training sessions next Sunday, can’t wait to see you then!

🚧 Upcoming Lane Closures – Melton Station Area 🚧

Please be advised that lane closures will be in place in the Melton area due to road works associated with the level crossing removal at Melton Station between Coburns Road and Station Street.

📍 Affected Roads:
Brooklyn Road
Exford Road

🗓 When: Expect disruptions in the coming days and weeks as works progress.

🚗 Travel Tip: If you're heading to class, be sure to allow extra travel time to avoid delays.

We hope everyone enjoyed a well-deserved break, but now it’s time to get those paws moving again!
Training resumes this Sunday after our two-week public holiday break!

📅 Class Times:
🕤 Class 1 & Class 3 – 9:30am
🕥 PREP, Class 2, Class 4 & Class 5 – 10:30am

We can’t wait to see you all back on the grounds and back into training mode!

PLUS – it’s Pie Drive time! 🥧

🎖️🐾 Lest We Forget – ANZAC Day 2025 🐾🎖️

Today, we pause to remember and honour the bravery, sacrifice, and service of all Australian and New Zealand soldiers, past and present. 🇦🇺 🇳🇿

We also pay tribute to the loyal four-legged heroes who served alongside them. From messenger dogs to trackers, these incredible animals played a vital role and showed unwavering dedication and obedience in the face of danger. 🐕🎖️

At Melton Dog Obedience, we’re reminded every day of the incredible bond between dogs and humans, and today, we reflect with gratitude on those who served together in times of war.
