Thankyou to everyone who helped last weekend. Your support meant so much to allow us to keep the weekend running.

A massive Thankyou as always to TeAna, Kim and Kristy for their help as well as throughout the year. Thankyou to Deb and Stacey for jumping in and timing/annoucing. Thankyou to Billy for the raking. Thankyou to Jodi for the venue use. Thankyou to Tim for helping in the arena. Thankyou to Emily and Tracey for the gate. Thankyou to Manon for the exhibitions and photography. Thankyou to anyone who helped that I havnt mentioned. Thankyou to everyone who competed and supported the club, our days can’t run without your help. But from the bottom of my heart Thannkyou to everyone who helped Te and I get through this particular weekend.

Congratulations to Riley on receiving the encouragement award on the weekend which was donated by Fresh Filly. Whilst there was so many improved juniors Riley unfortunately had to scratch her horse in the final round but was brave enough to have a ride on some open horses Cruiser and Cheeky Pete. Whilst she had some nerves never ridden the horses before she navigated the barrel and poles with confidence.

The commitee will now meet next week to navigate the busy season to organise End of year presentations and moving forward for 2025 and State Show.

ATTENTION : This morning Te & Latoya have lost a beloved horse. Today may be delayed and we will continue with the w/e but we ask if everyone can pitch in with raking, timing, announcing etc. we were also bringing up a hire toilet but I don’t think we will have the time or energy so if people are willing to share it would be greatly appreciated.

We have both days to get the three rounds in so we will do our best.

Office 12.30-1pm
Exhibitions 1pm-2pm
Barrels to start as soon as exhibitions are finished & arena is prepared.

Youth & Teens have been merged together for the draw to assist with riders on multiple horses and to allow the event to run to time.

Runs off will take place at the end of the event if required. Run offs are for any riders who end up tying for either 1st, 2nd or 3rd place. Riders do not have to accept a run off. If riders do not accept the run off the forfeited rider will received the lowest placing.

Program is subject to change

Please BYO food and drinks
- there will be a fire and music Saturday night
- commitee will have water if riders runs out

Please park neat and together to ensure we have warm up space.

🐴 Hi All members.

With the 2024 State show being put off until early 2025 we have decided to reduce the number of qualifying events to only 3. This stays in line with the NBHA 2024 National show.

# # what this means is you only need to have competed at 3 rounds for NBHA Vic in 2024.

# # # 3 rounds remain for 2024

# # # Day members attendance will count however you will be required to pay a membership prior to entering the state show

# # # State show will likely take place in late Janauary/ early February and will be announced ASAP.

# # # Futurity, Maturity & Senior horses will compete in the age groups they would have qualified in during this season had the show been held in December.

I.e if this is your Futurity horses final year they will still have the opportunity to run as it is the 2024 state show.

# # # horses that will not be allowed to run as top age Futurity will be horses who have not competed in the 2024 season.
