Merriwa Train Station & Silos "Dog Walk" WHEN: TBA PARKING: "Merriwa Skate Park" off main road (recommended) turn into Quigley Street (corner of King George V Ave & Quigley St) MEETING PLACE: Merriwa Skate Park DIFFICULTY: Moderate DISTANCE: TBC PACE: Average ACCESSIBILITY: Not suitable for mobility aids or strollers WALK INFO: This is a great walk 🐕🚶 for seeing 👀 some of the iconic things of Merriwa.... 🐾firstly we have the old Railway Station 🚉 with Trains for nostalgia of a time gone by 🐾next we have the Silos which haven't been in use for some years, now there a work of Art! 🐾finally we have the....... 'Bush Track' in Hacketts Lane, which leads up beside the Merriwa Golf Course ⛳ (extended walk, but excludes summer months 🐍) 🐾Our walk 🐕🚶 finishes back at the Merriwa Skate Park where our beloved 4 legged babes can walk around on a leash, or by all means bring the 2 legged kind and they can play on the Park equipment 🛝 OTHER: 🐾Dog's are permitted on-leash only, in the Skate Park but not in the kids 🛝 'Play Equipment' area 🐾Wear safe and comfortable footwear FACILITIES: 🐾Toilets at the Skate Park 🐾Bins 🐾Play equipment for the children *All dogs must be on a leash **DISCLAIMER PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FULLY FOR YOUR OWN DOG AND YOUR OWN DOG'S BEHAVIOUR IN EVERY WAY.
