Some of my most recent pooches, it’s been a stressful week or so with the closures but I thank everyone that’s made the effort to get to your appointments. It’s very much appreciated as without you making that effort it makes my week even harder with no income as well as the stress of the impact all these road closures brings. Thankyou for your support.

Hi all me again.
With the progress of other areas of the closed roads being repaired and opening I’m thinking next week we could be affected more and possibly even more disruption. With this in mind I’m really keen to get your dogs groomed sooner to limit that impact. I am prepared to work sat and sun so if you’re able to bring your dog/s sooner please get in contact with me .

Would any of my customers that are booked in next week like to come sat? I’m having to juggle a lot of grooms about due to the roads but I’ve found a solution, however not all I can get booked back in without working sat, so if you’re stuck in the area because of m25 closure and like to get fluffy booked in with me sat please message me.

Good morning everyone.
I’m sure by now everyone knows about the road closures and how it’s affects me being able to get into work and customers getting to me. I’m so sorry I’m rearranging each day as it comes, I can only focus on one day at a time as I’m in hope it’ll open sooner than they say.
Please bear with me I’m juggling the best I can and will work sat if needs be.

9 dogs today and came into no power… further investigation and found this so reshuffled all today’s customers to my day off on Fri and starting at 8 weds and thurs to fit everyone back in….. last customer all sorted then🫣🫣🫣🫣 power came on! 🙄
So decided I’m not going to annoy everyone again just incase it’s temporary!
So Thankyou to all the customers that were inconvenienced today, thankyou for your understanding and support, much appreciated in these out of my control moments 😊 going to enjoy the sunshine instead now .

Back to work after the scooby scare. This lovely lot kept me busy.
Please can I ask that you check your diaries for your appointment, I seem to be having a big influx of customers missing appointments. This causes a small business a huge knock on effect, a no show will still be charged as you are taking an appointment slot, not showing means I’m sitting around with no dog to groom. It wastes time and money, thankfully most customers do pay but sadly some don’t then they never return as they don’t want to pay the fee. But the hardest part about not showing is invariably I have to find another space in an already busy diary to keep the dog on schedule.
If you can’t remember your appointment but know you’ve booked one please message me, I will tell you when said pooch/ pooches are booked in. Many thanks Kate 🐾😊

Hi all. The tick season is well and truly in full swing. The horrible little things are driving everyone nuts… including us, we are taking of so many gorging ticks off the dogs coming in for grooms.
Please check your dogs for these tick as once we remove them they are leaving some nasty looking sores that look like we’ve caught the dog during grooming which isn’t the case.
Also to be sure to check into dogs mouths, we removed a tick out of a dogs mouth last week. This particular dog we clean his teeth as part of his groom so we were able to remove, not all dogs are having teeth cleaned with us so definitely check as they get everywhere 😩🫣
