Merran Wallis Eventing is a boutique Equestrian business operating in the Monaro region of Southern NSW close to the town of Cooma. With over 30 years experience in all aspects of horsemanship, Merran is now offering a range of services. These services include schooling and producing Event horses for sale, matching riders with their next equine partner as well as flatwork and jumping lessons for a
ll levels. Merran spent 9 years competing internationally in the UK with the highlight being 2nd at the Burghley International Horse Trials in 2000 riding her own horse Gershwin. Following a break from riding, she returned to the Australian Eventing scene with a competitive team of horses at all levels. Having worked in the animal health industry for 8 years, Merran also has an extensive knowledge of equine health as well as competition management, and her EA Level 2 Eventing Specialist coaching qualification. Living and operating on a working sheep and cattle farm, Merran is busy either teaching or preparing for an upcoming event. Having built an extra large jumping arena and xc jumps in the paddock, her property is well set up for training. Merran Wallis Eventing strives to provide both a friendly and quality service in all aspects of horse management.
