MEET AND GREET:
If you are a new client, I will arrange a meet and greet with you and your pet/pets prior to you leaving. During this, we will go over your pet’s needs, routine, and I always appreciate being informed of any behavioral quirks of your pet. *The only instance in which I will turn a booking down due to a pet’s behavior is if I don’t have enough time to adequately allocate to the pet*

WATER AND SHELTER:
Please makes sure before you leave that you supply your pets with adequate amounts of *clean* water and shade until the first expected visit if you are leaving them outside. FEEDING:
It’s important for animals to keep to a routine feeding schedule. I will confirm with you before the booking as to what is required. MEDICATION:
I have a lot of experience with administering different types of medications to animals so be assured that your pet will continue prescribed treatment while you are away. UPDATES:
I provide picture/video/text updates so you can see your pet happy while you are away. If it is a short booking, I typically send an update everyday. You are always welcome to tell me the amount or type of updates you wish to have while you’re away. HOUSE KEEPING:
If you want your bins set out on a certain day or you have plants you want watered, just let me know and that can be accommodated at no extra cost. If you have booked for a pet sit at your own house, you will come home to a house just as clean and neat as you had left it.
