With Christmas & New Year almost here, remember that fireworks can scare horses, dogs and other animals. Be prepared to try and keep your animals safe. Your neighbours or community may not be use to the troubles caused when letting off crackers and fireworks.
If you can, turn on flood lights and have the horses in a secure area. The lights help dim the explosive light show and a secure paddock fences help them from escaping or getting hurt. Try not to leave equipment or machinery in their paddocks as they run blindly when scared and in a herd they all run together.

Hope this helps a bit to prepare for the night.

This is what Pony Clubs all about……Friendships and having fun. 🐴

Bella joined her friend Charlotte at Gatton’s Pairs Pony club Showjumping day.
Bella from Millmerran Club and Charlotte from Gatton Pony Club.

These girls met a year ago sharing their love for showjumping. The girls were lucky enough to join as a team and compete
in 3 rounds including Jigsaw, Top Score and the Six bar placing 1st Overall.
I think those smiles say everything.

Thankyou to Gatton Pony Club for hosting a fun filled day. It’s safe to say this duo hope to do it all again next year.

Our local rider Bella recently represented Zone4 in Maryborough for State Teams Showjumping Championships.
Bella joined 3 girls from other zones to form a Pool team. These girls encouraged and supported each other over the 3 days, achieving amazing results bringing home the Champion Rug.
The team name was ‘The Composites’!

⭐️2nd Grand Prix
Overall Champions

Peyton raised $18 126.86 falling short by a mere $300 for the Overall Fundraiser Title. An amazing achievement in itself to raise so much at just 13yo.

Last weekend saw three MPC members join to compete as a team at the Percentile cup.

They represented Pittsworth State school at their local grounds.
All riders displayed great horsemanship and sportsmanship.
