We are excited to play a very small part in impacting the journeys of two Aussies in Paris at the moment. We wish Simone Pearce Dressage every success and enjoyment at the 2024 Paris Olympics in the dressage event. One of Simone’s ponies when she was growing up was the gorgeous Cheraton Stargazer. I showed Gazer in hand at Melbourne royal to win his led c**t class before he went on to be a wonderful pony for a number of young riders, including Simone. We also want to wish Maddy McDonald a truly wonderful time as she grooms for Mary Hanna. Maddy teamed up with Cheraton Cool Waters to win many wonderful awards over the years, including several royal champions. We are so proud and know you with both do your level best.

We are delighted that you teamed up with Cheraton horses along your journey and know they supported you along the way.

Our super filly Cheraton Corvette thoroughly enjoyed a bath and a pamper before being weaned over the weekend. She is sired by Cheraton Olympus (Kilvington Scoundrel UK dec x Cheraton Work of Art AIUK) and out of Cheraton True Spirit (Cheraton True Blue x Melindras Spirit). So much air under her - at this stage looks to be very large Galloway / small hack in height.

Our beautiful (now rising two year old) filly sired by Cheraton Olympus (Kilvington Scoundrel UK dec x Cheraton Work of Art AIUK) and out of Cheraton Couture (Cheraton True Blue x New Regent Street IMP NZ) has sold to a truly wonderful home. First steps taken after recent rain. One very exciting filly.

Kirreway Rialto is currently rising 36 years of age!! We are still amazed. He has the most tremendous family who love him dearly in WA. After receiving a recent update of Rio, I thought I’d put together some footage I found of him in the mid 1990s. The saddle footage was taken in 1996, where I rode Rio to win the champion ridden Australian saddle pony - out of some 78 entrants. A huge feat for a stallion at the time. Rialto is a pure welsh B sired by Weston Cherrywood (IMP) and out of Downland Songster (IMP). Rialto is our foundation sire and is the grand sire of one of our resident stallions Cheraton Blue Label. We have two mares left with Rialto lines as well. We also know that despite outliving a lot of his progeny, Rio still has some ‘babies’ left - including Cheraton Arianwen, Cheraton Gold Charm, Cheraton Cabaret and Cheraton Stargazer.
