Hello everyone!!
Due to new structure and renovation in the progress, my grooming will be put to a hold until further notice.
I will continue on with just baths until all renovations have been completed.
Still up and running now restrictions are at an ease... house sitting, walking, pet sitting, bathing and all still available!

Hellooooooooo everyone!! In spite of the regulations to Covid-19 coming to an ease, Palms to Paws will start easing back into full business once again! Dog walking, farm help, dog training, grooming, pet sitting... I’m back!

As well all should be aware, the pandemic of Covid-19 has come to higher levels of safety precautions.
It’s in my best of care to ensure the welfare and health of my clients. In saying this, Palms to Paws will be unfortunately closed until further notice.
As I am an essential worker outside of the business, I myself am needed, and have the responsibility to keep myself healthy.
As of now, the only service I will offer is transferring pets needed to go to the vets to keep you guys inside as much as possible. This service will involve me picking up your animal, and transferring it to my Veterinary Centre- Southern Highlands Veterinary Centre locates on Berrima rd Moss Vale.
Also if needed, I can walk dogs and groom if EXTREMELY necessary.
But as I said, my veterinary nursing career is essential at this moment in time, and will need to remain healthy as much as I can to support my work environment.
I hope I’ll be back as soon as possible, and I’m extremely sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I wish you all to stay safe and healthy throughout this difficult time ahead.

Mr Handsome!
Henry is a 6 year old American staffy. He may look tough but he’s the biggest softie you’ll ever meet. Just like any other dog, Henry needs daily walking for exercise and mental stimulation.
An hour long walk for Henry and i in the mornings will do the job!! 🐾🐾

Get to know me!
I’m Jemma, 17 years old from the Southern Highlands, NSW.
From when I was 3 years old, I’ve always aspired to be in an animal care profession. I had, and always will have a desire to attend to animals needs and care.
My dream came true this year, starting my study of Veterinary Nursing- prior to volunteering in veterinary clinics for 6+months the year before. I have a strong point of interest in large animals, although, I adore any animal I see!
During this year, I fell in love with what I was doing, and wanted to do more! So I started Palms to Paws 🐾 it involves all things I love doing outside of the veterinary clinic- grooming, pet sitting/ house minding, walking and training. This is only the beginning of the business, and is slowly coming together.
I can’t wait to meet all of you and your beautiful animals!

Today I did little 17 week old Frankies first groom! I love grooming puppies at this young of age (as much as it’s hard) but it’s an essential building block for puppies to experience so it is less intimidating and invading as they get older. If you put grooming into a routine with your puppy (brushing everyday, touching their feet, bathing them etc) then get them groomed every month or so, this should get them more comfortable with this whole new environment- making it less stressful and overwhelming.
Frankie was an extremely good boy today- very excited to see him grow!

What a fun day! Looking after these two today, Cupcake the cavoodle and Scout that Cairn Terrier. Today I picked them up and took them back to my house for an hour walk, groom, bath and lots of love and play! After a fun filled day, I dropped them back home.
This is a service I can offer. If you are out for the day or night, I can have them in my hands and do the whole kit and kaboodle to make it worth while.
Looking forward to seeing these two again 💛💛

Hi everyone! A little bit about me- My name is Jemma. I am a training Veterinary Nurse with both my Certifications II and III in Animal Studies, Certificate in Basic Pet Psychology, Certificate in puppy and dog training, and about to start to Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
I have always adored all animals big and small. No matter the species, breed, or age- I treat them all with love and compassion. After leaving at the end of year 10, I started my Nursing. I love it and want to do MORE.
So that brings me to my small business Palms to Paws. This business is designed to facilitate and cater care for your furry friends. This includes walking, grooming, washing, feeding, training, minding and even some homemade treats + more! This business is in the midst of making and will be home-based. Right now I am building my clientele to give me a kickstart!
