Hi all, yes I’m still here. I didn’t float away but we did have a fair amount of water around us. I’ve also had a b**g hand which has made grip and braiding a bit of a challenge.

I was able to do a big order for the Japanese Spitz Club of Victoria specialty show held at Bulla recently. Congratulations to all the winners! If you have pictures of you and your new leads, feel free to share!! 💙💙

Took these two out for my first solo walk with them together. I usually have a helper in tbe form of my daughter as Rose is her dog.

I will post a video of how we went in the comments. It's not perfect but it's a bloody great start. (Please ignore the lead placement, if you have done a lead session with me you know it's so far from correct but it's the only way I could record at the same time)
Setting standards for what we expect from our dogs walking starts the first time they are put on a lead. We develop predictable patterns for our dogs that allows them to easily succeed.

We finished off todays Puppy preschool block with some social walking. Look at those puppy eyes Master Duke has for his mama 😍 Walking so beautifully, ignoring all the distractions around. Proud trainer alert.

Our next puppy preschool block is filling fast! . We are lucky enough to be operating out of Echuca K9 Kondos, the perfect setting to start your training journey.
