Attention everyone for has entered for this weekends Supercross

There are a number of riders who have not paid. I will be going through the list of who has paid tonight after work to determine exactly who hasn't paid. If this is you, please pay asap or you may not be riding

Draw and timetable for this weekend. There will be some clashing, you will be able to ride up in the showjumping where applicable.

XC will be open on Saturday at approximately 10am. Yard allocations will follow in the coming days.

Attention all EA riders wishing to hire Monarto, a booking form and payment must be made before you are allowed to go to Monarto.
For PC riders a form must be filled for our records aswell.
And finally NO dogs. This is not negotiable

Dates will not be booked unless booking form, for each riding member, financial status (membership card) or text of them with dates have been approved.
CONDITIONS FOR USING MONARTO.
• A responsible adult must be present with riders at all times.
• Access to a telephone.
• In case of emergency the road number for Monarto is 214 Peach Rd
• The cost to repair any damage to equipment or property (including jumps) is to be borne by the hirer.
• All equipment is to be returned to the correct storage area.
• Stables and yards are to be left in a clean and tidy state.
• Manure is to be removed from, yards & stables & around building and house paddock.
• All buildings, including house, dormitories, toilet block etc are to be left clean and tidy.
• All gates must be shut /locked at all times.
• As there are sometimes sheep on the property NO Dogs
• Road doubles are out of bounds.
• Park on water jump side & access house side jumps from gate by road crossing
• Water jump water is not available without prior request
